1. Information we collect
When you make an enquiry or apply to the Partner Program, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company or trade name, the media through which you refer, and the content of your message. From approved partners we collect the bank name, branch name, account type, account number, and account holder name needed to pay commission. If you use the AI adviser, we collect the content of the conversation, the date and time, the page you were viewing, and the AI-generated summary and handling status of the enquiry. We may also collect access logs (IP address, browser type, and similar) to understand how the site is used.

3. Provision to third parties
Except where required by law, we do not provide personal information to third parties without your prior consent.
4. External services
This website uses Google’s Gemini API to generate the AI adviser’s answers, Cloudflare services to store and deliver conversation logs, and an email delivery service to notify us of enquiries. What you send to the AI adviser may be transmitted to those providers in order to generate a reply. Where the free tier of the Gemini API is used, the content sent and the answers generated may be used by Google to improve its products and services. Information handled by these services is managed in accordance with each provider’s own privacy policy.
5. Use of the AI adviser, and retention
Answers from the AI adviser may contain errors. For contract terms, pricing, delivery dates, and other important matters, please rely on formal confirmation from us. Only when you use the “send this conversation” feature do we transmit the email address you entered and the conversation content to us and use them to reply. Conversation logs are stored to handle enquiries, improve quality, and prevent abuse, and are deleted in principle within 90 days of collection. Information carried over into a specific enquiry may be kept for as long as handling it requires, or for as long as the law requires.
6. Security
We take the necessary and appropriate security measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of the personal information we collect. Partner account numbers and account holder names are stored encrypted, and registration links are given an expiry and a single-use restriction.
7. Requests for disclosure, correction, or deletion
You may request disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of your own personal information. Please direct such requests to the contact point below.
