Discuss a website project

No meetings needed. Start with what you know about the page and your business or activity in this form. After receipt, your project-specific Google Form is for confirming details, filling gaps, and providing materials. Then we confirm the scope and price, receive payment for any paid work, and proceed to production and delivery. No payment is required for the qualifying free-build portion.

Things to check when choosing your site URL

  • A custom domain lets you manage an address based on your shop or activity name. A free subdomain includes the hosting provider’s service name
  • If you change the URL later, redirects and search-service registration updates are needed. Search rankings may fluctuate temporarily during the move
  • If the old URL cannot be kept and redirected, printed QR codes, business cards, flyers, signs, and previously shared links need updating
  • When the URL changes, update links registered on Google Maps, Instagram, LINE, and similar services. Whether the old URL can redirect depends on the hosting service and its configuration
  • You cannot have an email address like [email protected]
  • The address belongs to the provider (e.g. Cloudflare), so a change of terms or a discontinued service can change or remove it. With your own domain, the address stays the same even if you move hosting
  • Domain names are first come, first served — the name you want (e.g. yourshop.com) may be taken by someone else if you wait

    The website base price follows your free-offer and paid-addition choices in the first step. The regular website price starts at JPY 11,000, tax included. Select “Website only” if you do not need add-on features. Add-on prices are estimates incl. tax, per item. The scope and final price are confirmed before work starts.

    Production and advertising budgets

    Production and advertising have separate budgets. Undecided is fine. Your budget does not confirm the final price or eligibility for free work.

    Choosing channels or a budget does not authorise advertising. Running ads and their cost require separate confirmation.
